Ashton's Haircut (it still deserves all-caps in my mind) has calmed down. It's not so choppy now, but looks like a little cap on his head. Better than before! Suepy came to visit for dinner yesterday, and the boys and I had a great time playing hide and seek with her and reading stories. Mimi is here right now spending time with the boys. Everytime she comes I can't help but think "Your every wish is my command". I think Mase would be a princess if he were a girl, being a boy he is a great little dictator.

We affixed a bridhouse to the dining room window with suction cups, it has a clear front so that we can watch a bird build it's nest and lay eggs. We've been tempting them with blueberry suet, and right now we are patiently waiting for one of the little guys to move in and make himself at home. I think it's a little early, but we have heard lots of singing in the backyard so keep your fingers crossed!
