This morning we took advantage of Mrs Rose's offer to let Mase hold a chick. She showed him how to cup your hands around them and gently scoop them up. There are six little guys now, and all of them are in the picture.
We had a great weekend, Saturday we ate breakfast with Suepy and then had a (short) visit with grandma and poppo before playing at the playland at Westfield. Mason had the grandpas on the edge of their seats, he's such a daredevil on the playstructures. Ash was content to sit and pretend to drive the car. Sunday we went out to Grandma and Papa's house in Hudson, and that was by far the highlight of our weekend! The boys took turns driving the tractor with papa, and they explored the grounds. We saw two mushrats, and planned to help plant the garden this year (Mason and Papa are still working out the details of how many onions should be planted). We had a great time watching the boys play in the sandbox, and I'm even more excited about Ashton's swingset now. I hope this week is as nice as the weekend was!
