Happy Birthday, little chickies!

This morning when I dropped the boys off to school we discovered that two more chicks had hatched since yesterday--TWINS! These two are both yellow fuzzies (the first was black) and they are so teeny. One more egg should hatch sometime today, more company for the newborns. I'm glad that these eggs seem to be thriving, because only one made it from the first batch (41 bad eggs) and the kids were so disappointed. I love watching Ashton and Mason watch the chicks, they are mesmerized. Makes me re-think my no-new-pets decree. Maybe an ant farm.
