Open house day! The boys had a great time exploring their classrooms to see what had changed and what was the same. Mason is in the same room that he was in last year with beloved Miss Rose. The room had been rearranged and was full of new work to start out the year. Ashton has his favorite teacher, Miss Peggy, but a brand new room and lots of new work and friends. We hit Island park after the open house and ran into the Cornack crew. The kids kept us busy chasing them around and rescuing them from near disaster.
We are all excited for the big sleepover tomorrow, and Mimi is also (she just left). Grandpa is on his way over for dinner... maybe I can con him into giving the boys their baths tonight! Here is the Mason-as-rockstar video I've been promising:
