Finally, some sunshine!

It's not exactly a spring day, but the sunshine sure feels wonderful. Our three-seasons room is actually hot, and the boys were begging to go out and play in the backyard. The swingset hasn't seen any action in months, and there is lots of exploring to do in our still-snowy lot. After a rough start this morning we are all settling into what has turned out to be a beautiful day.

We are starting to get ready for Easter, I love to decorate eggs as much as the boys do- and eat them! I'm not sure if we will make the big easter egg scramble in town because of music class, but Sean and I are excited to hide eggs here this year. We can be much trickier now that Mason is old enough to really look for them. I've started to get things ready for Ashton's birthday party- he and his friends will all be little gourmet chefs for the afternoon. We got him a kitchen (a blue one) and Mason and Sean are going to work together to assemble it.

I'm praying that the boys will go for a nap this afternoon, cross your fingers for me.
Here are some of the pictures I took at Peyton's party- that grumpy face Mason is sporting took half the party to wear off.
