Making Cookies, Decorating Aprons

So Happy, So SAD!

Playing with all of the wonderful gifts!

Party day is over- and Ashton is already asleep. We never managed to squeeze in a nap, so both boys were very ready for bed after such a long, exciting day. We decorated aprons, made cookies, ate cake and opened enough presents for four boys. Ashy really loves his friends, and he greeted each one with a hug at the door, so happy to see them. We had a balloon casualty which caused a lot of tears, Ashton was devastated when his "3" balloon escaped from grandpa's car and got caught in a nearby tree. I had to pull him away from the sidewalk, he was almost inconsolable. We spent the rest of the afternoon "cooking". Hot dog shakes in the blender and burgers from the grill were made over and over, and Sean, Mason and I ate many, many slices of fresh, hot pizza.
Thank you to everyone who came and helped and played with us today- we had a wonderful day.
