Zooin' It

A Ghost Zoo

We had great views of the Polardy-bears. These are the "babies"!

We had the whole zoo to ourselves! Well, almost. Because Toledo's spring break was last week and the air was still a bit chilly for most folks, not many people made it out today. We zipped through the exhibits in record time because there was no one to maneuver around or wait behind. Most of the African exhibit was closed, on both sides, so no elephants or giraffes, but we did see every reptile, fish and mammal that made an appearance. I had so much fun with the boys- they really were wonderful today. I love all of the animal questions they ask, and how they are just amazed by some exhibits. We spent a long time with the polar bears, the jelly fish, and the reptiles. After almost five hours of zooing-it, we were all glad to settle down for the ride home.
