We have been busy, busy busy the past few days, and spring seems to have hit our household. The boys are full of energy and joy, and have been filling the days with nonstop activity. Mason's last game went well, he seemed a little tired but the team managed to squeak out one last win. The team is having a "soccer party" at the park this week to end the season. Mason can't wait; hot dogs on the grill with all of the fixings and one more chance to kick around the ball with his teammates.
Sean and I conquered the "Dart Frog Dash" 5K at the Toledo Zoo Saturday morning before Mason's game (we walked, of course). It was a good way to start the day, but we were whipped by the afternoon. We cancelled our wedding plans because Sean was feeling really lousy, but he still managed to play ball with the boys and finish painting the baby's room. The color is beautiful, and I can't wait to move everything back in. Sunday we split the day, Sean golfed in the morning and I buzzed Mason's hair (as short as the clippers would go!) and tried to trim Ashy's. When Sean got home I left for Ann Arbor and the boys went on a bike ride together in the neighborhood. This Friday we leave for Saugatuck, the boys are mentally already there.
