How do the Duggars do it?

Our play group was massive this morning, with 9 kiddos. I intended to take pictures, but I felt like I never stayed in one spot for long. Handing out snacks, breaking up squabbles and helping kids go potty/get in the trampoline/figure out a toy took most of my attention. It was ultimately a fun morning, but I am left wondering how those Duggars do it. They just had number 17 on August 2, and they only have two adults to help keep up with it all (we had 6). You know those kids are on their own when it comes time for college! Even though we had a full house, we sure missed Brianna. Meagan would have been happy to have another girly-girl to play with.
Blessedly, both boys slept this afternoon, so we are nice and happy. Even I got a power nap, and I needed it after an early Kiwanis morning.
