Covering all the bases

Hallelujah!
Ash slept pretty well last night, had no nap today, but went down easily tonight. We're ahead, but I'm not sure why, because we tried everything- this, this, and this. So good news is that he is doing better, but the bad news is that we have no clue exactly why. All I know is that I love my sleep.
We had a great, tiring day today. The boys painted masterpieces after breakfast, and Ashton's use of color is spectacular. Mason painted scenes from the zoo in anticipation of Saturday. We ate lunch together at the Daily Grind, got adjusted and spent some time at the middle school playground. Mason loves to watch the big boys do tricks at the park, and Ash really loves the big-boy swings there. (I hate the ground-up tire stuff there, it's bouncy but it gives me headaches. There has to be some toxic health hazard from using old tires as a ground-cover.)
School tomorrow! both boys have full classes for the full day.
