Today is the last day of summer camp for the boys. We have snack basket today, and are headed to the Daily Grind to pick up bagels and cream cheese for the kids. (and maybe some for mom!) Tomorrow Sean and the big boys are picking up Uncle Rome and spending the morning with him at the water park in Ypsi, Rolling Hills. The boys can have some uncle time, and Sean can keep his sanity. Blake and I are meeting Meems for breakfast, and then I get to get a hair cut while she watches Blake. This is the most excited I have ever been to get a haircut, I can't wait! Getting rid of those persistent and multiplying grays will be wonderful too.
Last night I actually got to have an adult night out with a friend (O.K., so Blake came too) and it was so nice to get out of the house. I counted down the minutes until Sean got home from work. One night out can do a lot to restore your sense of normalcy. The best part was missing the bedtime rigamarole, and the constant nit-picky fights the boys are picking with each other lately.
