We have had a busy, busy spring break. So much that Mason has been taking naps again and no one wants to go back to school. Thursday was our trip to Cosi with Mimi, and we really had a great time. The sand sculptures were amazing, but only accounted for a fraction of the visit. I've never been to Cosi to just play, and their little kids' area is impressive. Somehow all of the pictures I took at Cosi have disappeared (?). So no pictures of that fun day.
From Friday to Monday we have:
- Built a swingset in the garage (Thank you Papa and Uncle Tony) which Sean really and truly did a lot of the work on. Both boys tested it out in the garage before we moved it into the backyard.

- Had an egg-hunt/playdate and collected lots of great stuff for Mott's Children's Hospital (thank you, all)
- Partied with Caden at Kelly Inflatables for his 5th birthday
- Celebrated Ellie's 2nd birthday with the best birthday cake I have ever eaten. I had two large pieces just to be sure. Great picture, don't you think?

- Celebrated EASTER! Aunt Jami stuffed us full of good food and lots of toys and sent us on our way. Ashton was in sugar overload by the end of the day, rolling around on the floor and being altogether goofy.
- Broken in the new jungle Java in Ann Arbor. It was impossible to get a picture of Mason that wasn't blurry, so I gave up and climbed in to play. The place filled up so quickly it was almost alarming, I couldn't see Mason in the crowd, and I was afraid to let Ash get in for fear of him being trampled. The toddler/baby area is better than Canton's, but it can only hold a little one's interest for so long next to the massive play structure for the older ones. We give it a thumbs up, but it's an only-when-you're-in-the-mood-long-time-in-between kind of place.

So, that was our fun-filled week, and I think I'm ready for school to begin again. We need a break from all fun and treats--until Saturday, of course! Hope to see everyone there.
