Snowy New Year

Those crazy cousins, in a singing contest at Mimi's house.

We had a low-key celebration last night, dinner for two and a babysitter.

Sean and I enjoyed a seven-course dinner at our beloved Evans Street (thanks, Mom) and Tawni came over to watch the boys. They celebrated with glasses of "champagne" before an early bedtime. Tawni was thrilled, because we were home by 8:30 so she had plenty of time to ring in the New Year in a more youthful way.

We woke up to a winter wonderland, as they say, and are looking forward to a day full of either sledding or shoveling, depending on who you ask. Mason is very excited to get out and play, he is well rested after sleeping in his new bunk bed last night. We finally put it together yesterday, but made Mason sleep on the bottom until we get another mattress for Ash. We are ready for the big move! (if anyone has an extra twin mattress laying around, let us know!)
