We had a great afternoon at the museum, and will definitely make the trip again. We saw what felt like each and every display on all four floors and ended with a planetarium show, a first for all of us. The boys loved the prehistoric life exhibit, which we expected, but they were also fascinated with the Native American life displays. Mason studied each tribe's little daily life scene, and then announced loudly "I can see their bootys!" . The snow hit while we were in the museum, and the ride home was a nightmare- almost two hours in the car. We were mentally frazzled by the time we made it home, and both boys were fast asleep in the backseat. I seems closer to Christmas than Easter, but we pulled out the egg-dye kits and baskets anyway.
