A visit from the future Mr. Right

Here is Donovan and his favorite "aunt" at the Oriental Sizzling. I will claim that title until he can talk, thank you! Even though he spit up all over me, a lot, I had a really good time snuggling with Donovan today. The boys enjoyed seeing him too. Ashton said "My want to HUG that baby" and then when Donovan got fussy Ash insisted that we put him back in his carseat and zip up the cover. Mason was jealous that he didn't get to go out to lunch too, but Sean made up for it by snuggling up with him in front of the basketball game. Even though it doesn't feel like I am that far removed from "baby", I forgot how awful and heavy those car seat carriers are, or how much stuff you need to have with you at all times. I am swearing off the car seat in favor of a good sling!
Tomorrow is our trip to the Natural History Museaum, and we are all looking forward to it, Mason especially. He wants to see the dinosaur bones like in one of his favorite books from school, Time Flies. After the Museum we are going to eat at the Blue Nile; no silverware for us!
