Mime so 'cited

Ashton told me this morning how excited ('cited) he was to go and spend the night at Mimi's house tonight, and to sneak upstairs to wake up P.J. Sometimes you need a break from the family, and Ash needed it this time. It's hard when you're not the biggest, not the smallest, not the boss and not the baby.
The boys and I went to breakfast to see Suepy and Mimi while Sean went golfing this morning. Blake was wonderful, and the boys were too. Suepy brought them mazes and coloring pages to do while we waited for our food, and Mimi let them do hand stands in the bathroom. (I didn't ask for an explanation.)
We took Mason and Blake out to the pool this afternoon, and took turns swimming with Mase and keeping Blake cool. Amber, Don and Donovan met us there. Donovan is a little fish and, of course, I forgot my camera. It was the first time I've swam since I went into labor, and it was nice to get back in the water. This afternoon was hot hot hot, and the four of us are resting. Tomorrow is the Back to School service project for the Mom's club, Blake will be my little tag-a-long- we'll see how that goes!
