So excited!

Yay!
Christmas is almost here, and we are ready.
The boys went to Brianna's to decorate cookies this morning, and ended up spending the night. The report so far is that they have driven snowmobiles, snowboarded(!), ate dinner with gusto and stayed up late to watch a movie and have popcorn with all of the kids. I have had an unexpected (but welcome) reprieve. It was just Blake and I most of the day, and I think he was bored with my company because when Sean got home he could hardly contain himself. He was bouncing and shrieking and laughing and cooing, all for Dad. I think he missed having the boys around to entertain him- I know I did. It feels very quiet here without them.
Tomorrow we celebrate with Aly, Amber, Don and Donovan. Aly gets to meet Blakers and little D for the first time, and we are so excited to share both Donovan and Blake's first Christmas with good friends. Wednesday brings Uncle Rome, Uncle Derk and all of his family. The boys are planning on "spending the night" with Leo in their room (cross your fingers for all of us). Hopefully Uncle Rome will get to sleep early enough to let Santa visit.
