Ash is a sicko- and we are a movie watching bunch this afternoon. My body is screaming for some activity, but he is so punky that I can't do anything but sit and hold him while he whimpers. The school called me to pick him up early this afternoon, and the poor little guy had a thermometer-breaking fever when I finally made it to the school. Right now our regimen is adjustments, congaplex, liquids and plenty of rest (A.K.A. Lightning McQueen screen time). It's hard to sit inside on a clear sunny day, but what can you do? Keep your fingers crossed that he hasn't succumbed to any of the nasty things that have been going around in his classroom; hand, foot & mouth disease and rotovirus being the two biggies. Fortunately Sean will be able to take Mason to swim tonight and Ash can stay home.
The Great American Backyard Campout is coming up, and I would love to camp out with the boys (fully expecting them to decide to come back inside at some point in the night, of course). Does anyone have a tent they could loan us?
