Free at last

Ashton is back in school this morning (and I didn't even have to take him!) He is full of vim and vigor, and used to getting his own way from a week of being at home. His teachers will have their hands full today. It's just Blake and I...and the washing machine repairman, and the builder. At least Ash is back to his old self.
Mason is still on his checkers kick, and he finally beat me fair and square. That high lasted until grandpa came over for dinner. He took Mase down several notches by capturing all of his men but not surrendering even one. Mason was such a good sport, you could see that he was disappointed, but he didn't whine or cry, he only asked for a rematch.
This weekend brings a break for Sean and I, and some time with Mimi for the boys. We're all looking forward to it.
