Ashton and I love to whisper "secrets" to each other, and this morning he told me in a stage-whisper: "I will love you for eight days".
Yoga camp ended yesterday, and I wish it was another week long. After the first day all of the kids really seemed to enjoy it. Ashton was amazing; the Kids Yoga instructor, Jane, pulled me aside to tell me how he worked so hard to get his little body into each pose. She said Mason was doting on him, assisting him with the poses that required more balance and keeping right by his side through most of the class time. I came early yesterday to spy on the kids for a while before class ended, and the room was so quiet you could have heard a pin drop. The kids were relaxing on their mats with their "breathing buddies" and EVERY child was calm and quiet. Amazing!
We had a long-overdue visit from Amber and Donovan yesterday after camp, and he has grown so much it is unbelievable. Ashton wanted to "hold baby" and helped us change his diaper. I loved watching Ash with Donovan, I hope he will be as interested and loving to his little brother.
Today is supposed to bring rain, so I'm not sure that the house painting will get done. If it's really nasty out I might take the boys to the movies or the bouncys, they have been too cooped up between the heat and the painting.
Anyone want to see Kung Fu Panda?
