Roller Coaster

We have hit 36 weeks, (!!!!) and I am feeling hyper-emotional. My feelings have run the gamut from melancholy to joyous to blubbery-with-tears-streaming-down-my-face, and that's just today. The funny thing is that the boys seem to sense this on some level, and despite my shortened fuse they have been extremely affectionate and helpful lately. Mason is kissing again! Ashton is constantly supplying both Sean and I with "nuggles", kisses and "wrapping" us up with hugs. Mason is helpful around the house more than ever before; partially motivated by his new reward chart, but above and beyond as well. Our baby-readiness is pretty high, mentally and physically. If we could just agree on a name we would be all set.

Yoga, from what I hear, went off without a hitch. Ehrika was the taxi mom today, and all reports were good. Mason even said "Yoga was fun today Mom!!" and Ash proudly showed me his 'car pose' and feeling-mask art project. I hope today set the tone for the remainder of the week.

Tomorrow the painters start work on the house, just in time to keep our house from looking like the neighborhood dump before Hanna's graduation party. I'm going to ask them to paint the front and side that faces her house first, in case it isn't finished in time.

The boys and I are excited for father's day, we are going to visit Rolling Hills water park again this year, sneaking in a Whole Foods picnic. I think watching golf on TV is all Sean wants this year, and I can gladly grant that wish!
